This tombstone style radio of 1937 was one of the largest and most complex pre-WW2 Philips types.

It incorporates a push-pull audio amplifier, two stage IF amplifier, separate oscillator and mixer tubes, and a tuning indicator tube.  It was offered along with smaller types, 339A and the substantially less complex 338A.
